General Hotel Reservation Policies

  • Date change is not applicable and a new reservation with the up-to-date rate must be made.

  • Cancellation policy and the cancellation fees are different for each package and the guest is notified of them when buying the package.

  • The guest is in charge of reading the cancellation policies in every case and making the purchase according to the rules of the hotel.

  • In case the hotel vacancy gets filled during the purchase process but the amount is deducted from the guest’s account, it will be refunded to the same account used for the purchase. Therefore, the final confirmation is upon receiving the voucher and not just the deduction of the purchase rate from your account.

  • Hello Persia is not responsible for the late check-in if the hotel does not make the guest’s room ready on time and no refund is paid.

  • Hotel reservation includes the requested room type for the selected number of nights and does NOT include airport transfers, transportations, tour guide, parking and car rental services. In addition, using your rooms minibar and safety box of the hotel usually incurs an extra charge which is paid by the guest.

  • Check-in time is 14:00 and in case of early check-out than the date mentioned on the voucher, no refund is applicable.

  • Hello Persia is not responsible for the requests of extra bed, smoking room, early check-in or late check-outs. We just act as the facilitator and the confirming of the request and extra charges depend on the hotel policy.

  • Reservation of triple rooms are according to the policies of every hotel, they either use a double/twin room with an extra bed or a triple room. Please make sure that “Triple Room” or “Extra bed” is mentioned in your voucher. Otherwise, an extra charge might be required to pay at the hotel and Hello Persia does not take the responsibility for the extra charge.

  • In case the reservation of the guest is cancelled for any unexpected reason from the hotel side, Hello Persia will do its best to recommend another hotel with a similar rate and hotel rank. Hello Persia takes the responsibility of the payment up to 20 percent more than what is paid for the first chosen hotel, with no extra charge for the guest; however, if the cost of the recommended hotel is more than 20 percent of the guest’s paid amount, the remaining must be paid by the guest. If they do not accept the payment of the extra charge or the replaced hotel room, the paid amount will be refunded without any cancellation penalty.

  • Children above 6 years old are considered as adults according to the rules of the majority of the hotels in Iran. Therefore, the reservation policies for them follows the policies for adults. In case of purchasing for children above 6, please make the reservation for adults. Otherwise, Hello Persia does not take the responsibility for the extra charges or no-vacancy of the hotels.

  • In case of denial of acceptance with a valid voucher at the hotel, call the 24/7 support team at +98 21 43049405. Hello Persia will do its best to solve the problem and in case the hotel does not provide the room, it will be replaced by a similar hotel in rank and services. If the guest does not accept the replaced hotel, the total amount will be refunded and Hello Persia is not responsible for the reservation afterwards.

  • After the submission and confirmation of the payment, hotel voucher will be shown in the guest’s account info and simultaneously emailed to them. The voucher and a valid passport must be with the guest at the time of check-in.

  • By making the reservation and getting the confirmation of the hotel, the guest is already approved the hotel rules and policies regarding the cancellations. In other words, the purchase means the guest’s awareness, knowing and approval of the rules and regulations of Hello Persia and the hotel.
