Winter tour of Iran to visit the northern to the southern coasts of the country including the cities of Tehran, Chalus, Rasht, Qazvin, Qom, Kashan, Esfahan, Desert, Yazd, Shiraz, Qeshm Island and Hormuz Island. There will be a choice for 17 or 12 nights stay (depending on the time of joining the group) on 26th or 31st December 2019.




Day 1
Considering that you have arrived in Iran the day before and spent your night in the hotel, you will have a walking tour in Tehran and you will visit the National Museum just to have an idea about the country and its civilization. After that you will visit Grand Bazaar and will have lunch, then tea in the smallest tea house in Tehran. After visiting the Golestan complex, you will go by subway to the north part of Tehran to have a visit to Tajrish Bazaar and the neighborhood. After all, you will be free to go to other parts of the city or have a rest in your hotel. Overnight in Tehran.
Day 2
Tehran/Chalus/ Ramsar
We will start the tour just to go to the north of Iran and day by day will go to the south. On this day you will go to the Caspian Sea side via Chalus road which is very famous and lovely for Iranians. At the end of the day, you will have a visit from the Ramsar Cable car complex. Overnight in Ramsar.
Day 3
Rasht is one of the biggest cities in Iran with very popular food culture. On the route to Rasht, you will visit Lahijan which is famous because of the tea culture in Iran. You will have to visit the grand bazaar of Rasht as well. Overnight in Rasht.
Day 4
Rasht/ Qazvin
There is an old village called Masuleh which is a stepped village. After visiting the village, we will drive to Qazvin. You will visit the Bazaar of Qazvin after checking in to your hotel. Overnight in Qazvin.
Day 5
Qazvin was the capital of the Safavid dynasty for a while and before going to Isfahan you can have an overview of its history. On the way to Kashan, you will visit one of the most religious cities in Iran, Qom and the holy shrine of the sister of the 3rd Imam of Shiite. In the evening you will arrive in Kashan which was a very important city on the silk road. Note: the second group will come to Iran tonight. They will arrive via IKA airport and after transferring with our colleagues to their hotel, In the early morning of the day after will transfer to Join to the first group in Kashan. Overnight in Kashan.
Day 6
The second group will join us today in Kashan. So we will visit Borujerdi historical house and Fin Garden and on the way to Isfahan, we will visit Abyaneh historical village and drive to Isfahan. The city which recently named "untold story". You will have heard many stories behind the history of this beautiful city. Overnight in Isfahan.
Day 7
You will have two days in Isfahan so for the first day you will visit Naghsh-e Jahan square which includes the Imam or Shah Mosque, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, and Ali Qapu Palace. After all, you will visit the Bazaar and will have enough time to discover Isfahan's untold stories. Overnight in Isfahan.
Day 8
In the morning you will visit the oldest mosque in Isfahan with more than 1000-year history and after that, you will visit the Armenian neighborhood called Jolfa. In the Safavid dynasty, many Armenians immigrated to Isfahan by the order of shah. You will visit a church and the Music Museum. In the evening you will visit the old bridges and then going to your hotel to be ready for tomorrow to go to the desert. Overnight in Isfahan.
Day 9
Isfahan/Farahzad Village
On the way to the desert, you will visit Naein Jamee mosque and Anarak small city. After lunch in Anarak, you will drive to the desert. Farahzad is a village surrounded by sandhills and you can have an off-road safari in the sandhills (optional) or you can wait to walk tomorrow morning. Overnight in Farahzad village.
Day 10
Farahzad Village/Yazd
On the way to Yazd, you will visit Garmeh village and then Zoroastrian temple, Chak Chak. We will arrive in the evening to Yazd and after a short rest will be ready to walk inside the city which made by clay bricks. Overnight in Yazd.
Day 11
Today you will visit Yazd. The city is very famous because of the old part of the city and the Zoroastrians culture. You will visit the tower of silence and the fire temple. In the evening you will visit the Jamee mosque and the neighborhood. Overnight in Yazd.
Day 12
You will drive to Shiraz and on the way, you will visit Abarkuh old cypress (more than 4000 years old) and then Pasargadae, the tomb of Cyrus the Great. In the evening you will arrive in Shiraz. At night we will walk in the city just to discover the city and being ready for tomorrow. Overnight in Shiraz.
Day 13
You will visit Pink mosque and after will drive excursion to visit Persepolis and Necropolis which are 60 km far from the city. In the evening you will visit the Bazaar and neighborhood and ultimately Hafiz's tomb. Overnight in Shiraz.
Day 14
Today we have enough time to visit Shiraz. Narenjestan and Eram garden is the most important sites as well. You will have enough time to go to the north part of the city to know how they are living in this calm city. Overnight in Shiraz.
Day 15
Shiraz/Qeshm Island
In the morning you will fly to Qeshm Island and after checking in to your homestay, will go to visit Star valley and in the evening the protection field of hawksbill turtles. Overnight in Qeshm.
Day 16
Qeshm Island
In the morning will go excursion to Hormoz island which is famous because of the colorful soil. At night you will go to have dinner in another local homestay to have more experiences in Qeshm. Overnight in Qeshm.
Day 17
Qeshm Island/Tehran
Today you will visit Bandar Laft and then you will go to Hengam island and you will see Persian Gulf Dolphins and probably you can swim in some private place. Today is your last day and in the evening you should fly back to Tehran to go home. Depending on your flight time you will have a transfer to the IKA airport.
