Itinerary

Day 1
Tehran
Your tour of Iran begins in Tehran. After arrival at Imam Khomeini International Airport you will be transferred to hotel. You can have some rest before going on a city tour of Tehran. You can visit Sa'ad Abad Palace Complex in the morning before going to Tehran’s northern mountainous area Darband for some light trekking, enjoying the beautiful natural scenery and breathing in some fresh air.
Day 2
Tehran
To learn about the history of Iran’s capital, we suggest you to visit more highlights such as Golestan Palace Complex and Iran National Museum. After enjoying your second Iranian lunch, you can visit the National Jewelry Museum. Then go to Qasr Museum which is one of Iran’s oldest jails for political prisoners. Then you take the opportunity to watch some Pahlevani and Zoorkhaneh rituals in the evening.
Day 3
Kashan
On the third day, you leave Tehran for Kashan. There you can explore the city by visiting the beautiful Fin Garden and some of the historic houses of the city.
Day 4
Isfahan
You are going to spend two unforgettable days in Isfahan. First we recommend you go to the world-famous Naqsh-e Jahan Square with four highlighted sites located around it: Imam Mosque, Sheikh Lotfullah Mosque, Ali Qapu and the Traditional Bazaar. After enjoying your lunchtime near one of the world’s largest squares, you can go to Hasht Behesht and Chehel Sotun Palace.
Day 5
Isfahan
On your second day in Isfahan, or “Half of the World” as its earliest travelers have described it, you can visit Vank Cathedral and then the minarets which move: Menar Jonban. The city is home to many historical bridges on the Zayandehrud River. You can visit two of these picturesque bridges, namely Si-o-se-pol and Khajou Bridge after lunchtime. Then it’s time to visit Jameh Mosque of Isfahan, a stunning example of the evolution of the mosque architecture over twelve centuries in Iran.
Day 6
Yazd
You continue your tour of Iran by traveling to Yazd, the center of the Zoroastrian culture in Iran (300 km). You will arrive at the hotel in Yazd at night.
Day 7
Yazd
This is your only day in the city of mud-brick homes. To get the most out of it, you can visit Yazd’s Jameh Mosque with its magnificent tiled entrance, and then enjoy walking in one of oldest towns on earth, feeling the rich history of Yazd’s old city. After lunchtime you can head to Dolat Abad Garden which hosts Iran’s loftiest wind-catcher, with a height of over 33 meters. you finish the day by going to the Amir Chakhmaq Complex, with a stunning three-story façade.
Day 8
Shiraz
You should leave the hotel after breakfast to continue your way to one of the most charming cities of Iran, Shiraz (290 km). You can visit Pasargadae, the remnants of the first Persian Garden and the tomb of the most popular king of ancient Persia, Cyrus the Great. Then you can go to Persepolis which is home to monumental ruins of the ancient civilization of Persia with a total area of 125,000 square meters.
Day 9
Shiraz
We recommend you spend your second day in Shiraz on a city tour. You can start by visiing Karim Khan Citadel right in the center of the city. You can then explore Vakil Historical Complex including the traditional bath, bazaar and mosque. After enjoying your lunch in the heart of city, you can go to Narenjestan-e Qavam Garden and Nasir al-Mulk Mosque. With its mystic atmosphere at night, the Hafez tomb will become one of the everlasting scenes from Iran in our minds.
Day 10
Leaving Iran
And finally it’s time to bid farewell to Iran as you will be transferred to the airport early in the morning for the return flight home.
